The Organizing Committee invites the submission of abstracts on original work for oral and poster presentation. Presenting authors must be registered at the Congress. All abstracts must be submitted online via the Conference website and using the online submission form. Abstracts sent via fax or e-mail will NOT be accepted.
Please note that an accepted presentation cannot be included in the Final Program unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the presenting author.

GENERAL RULES
- Submission of abstracts available until February 28th, 2011 - 23:59 (Spain’s Local Time). Abstracts submitted after February 28h, 2011, will not be considered.
- The Organizing Committee will notify presenting authors of acceptance / rejection of their contribution by April10th, 2011. At this time, instructions for poster or oral presentations will be provided.
- Authors must follow carefully all instructions. All abstracts must be prepared according to the guidelines provided in the Abstract Template. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted immediately in the correct format to be considered for inclusion in the program.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English
- Maximum abstract length is a 1 DIN A4 page including two columns. Please use the Abstract Template given. Once you have prepared your abstract following the abstract template, (word format), you must upload the file by clicking on button: “click here to attach / delete file” in the on-line process.

- Maximum abstract length is 1 DIN A4 page. The use of fonts 10 pt arial is requested. Headings (introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements and references) are given in bold. Rest of the text must be plain text.
- Figures, images and graphics can be added in the abstract

Email contact: we will use main authors e-mail address to send confirmation of shipment. Therefore, it is important to insert the correct data and always use the same email address.

On the Submission the presenting author must select the type or presentation required: Oral or Poster. The final status of the abstract (oral communication or poster) will be decided on the recommendation given by the Scientific Review panel. The total number of slots allocated for oral communications is 35.

After having successfully completed all the steps, a closing screen will give you the number assigned to your abstract. Please keep this number in your records for further reference. An e-mail of confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address of the First Author data.
The final confirmation e-mail will include user and password in order to make changes on line in the submitted abstract. For any corrections in an already submitted abstract, (title, text, co-authors, etc), the presenting author can enter the on line system and proceed accordingly. This option will be available until the presentation deadline: February 28th, 2011
